It's not statistics and reviewing game tapes. <br /><br />Can a prospective signing make the players around him better? Can the existing players make a prospective signing better? What formation brings out the best in a player? <br /><br />Just because some player looks good on another team, does not mean he will do well on your team. There's a lot more to it.<br /><br />It's dark day's for NYRB. Strong team management and coaching is required.
